Terms and Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions regarding the Sassi Photography Gift Certificates, Session Packages and other practices of our photography studio.  Please read through them and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the studio for more information.

Our Investment and Product Price Guide form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1.  In order for the Gift Certificates to be valid ALL family members must attend the photographic session.  The Design Consultation must be attended by all decision-makers (ie. both parents, any adults in the family) for the Gift Certificate to be valid.

2.  The Gift Certificate is transferable to another person, but is not redeemable for cash.

3.  The Gift Certificate can be redeemed at one session time only.

4.  A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be credited towards your order at the Design Consultation.  The booking deposit is not transferable nor refundable.

5.  The Gift Certificate may be used towards your the photography session and personalised artwork with Sassi Photography.  It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or towards past orders of sessions.

6.  The photography session must be booked prior to the Gift Certificate expiry date.

7.  A comprehensive contract with Sassi Photography must be signed by the adult responsible for the booking PRIOR to any photography taking place.

8.  One Design Consultation (purchasing appointment) only will be available where all decision-makers must be present.  A dedicated Design Consultant will be made available to you at this time.  Appointments are limited and subject to availability therefore priority must be given to those interested in commissioning the design and creation of photographic artwork.

9.  The Design Consultation must be completed within TWO weeks from the photography session to redeem your Gift Voucher.

10.  Only one Sassi Photography Gift Certificate per family may be used per year.

11.  Any digital files included in any photography purchases or packages will consist of all PURCHASED photographs at high resolution, fully retouched and cropped as per your order.  Any other requirements will be charged at $80 per image.  (ie.  If you purchase all 8×10” prints, THOSE photographs only will be available in a digital extra purchase saved at high resolution at 8×10”.)

13.  Management reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.
