Our Family Sessions are natural, fun and casually taken in a location of your choice or at our beautiful studio at East Brisbane. If your photography experience is in studio, you can see your photographs and select your artwork on the same day as you are photographed!
We specialise in fine art custom wall portraiture. Our fine art prints are matted and ready to frame. We offer a range of stunning portrait products including custom portrait boxes. We also understand that some clients may wish to have digital files and these are available.
A Family Photography Experience is confirmed with a $250 transferable, but non-refundable, Session Fee.* BUY NOW.

We are also covered by insurances and policies you would expect a professional business to have.
We only take a limited amount of bookings a month so that each client gets our full attention. To ensure your desired time it is best to book in as soon as possible.
Family Sessions are held in our studio which is located within Brisbane Photography Studios at 55 Caswell Street East Brisbane. We have a fun vibrant studio full of props and everything you will need for a Family Session.
Family sessions can take anywhere from 1-2 hours depending how many family members there are as well as how much fun you are all having.
There is no real limit to the amount of people we accept in our sessions. It is your Family and your photographic experience so if you have a Family of 2 or if you have a Family of 9 everyone is welcome! Some Grandparents also like to attend the sessions.
Your session will include a Planning Consultation where we get to know more about you and your new family. This helps us get a better background into your lives and helps us know what expressions and moments to focus on in your session. It then includes your actual Photographic Experience which can go for up to two hours. Finally your Design Consultation where, a trained design consultant will sit down with you and help you pick the very best Artwork for your home.
Although family sessions don't need many props or props at all really. We do encourage you to bring along anything if it has a significant meaning to you and your family. Your childs favourite toy or dress-up outfit is always a favourite thing to bring. Or some people may even bring in their special pet.
Choosing outfits that are in the same colour palette is important. If you want something bright and vibrant choose bright and vibrant - or if you want something more dark and moody choose dark colours. Just don't all come dressed in the same colour! Its fun to break it up and have a variety of colours. Shoulders and arms that are covered are more flattering for most people.
You will view anywhere from 20-40 of the very best images from your session.
There is no obligation at all to purchase the photographs however, we can guarantee you will love your photos you will want to buy them and display them all around the house for your friends and family to see.
We offer all different types of Payment Plans but the most popular is Take Home Layby. With Take Home Layby you only need to put down a small deposit and you can take your product home with you! You then make payments fortnightly to TakeHome Lay-by which you can spread out over 6,12 or 18 months.
We will archive your files for 5 years after your session date. This is great if you decide after bubs arrives that you wish you purchased more prints or something bigger for the wall, you do have the option to come back for another Design Consultation.
We have free car parking available within the studio as well as there is free street parking around the studio. You can basically pull up out the front and walk straight in the door.
